2 new line questions

I'm a bit worried as BT first told me my line will be activated within 48 hours then said activation date is Thursday and gave me my number.

I'm not sure if its just a database thing as phone hasnt been activated but when I put my number in availability checker it says "despite an engineer visit it has been proven that your line cannot support broadband"

Not sure if thats just a database thing as my line isnt enabled as I say.

Its a database thing and wont show a correct result for up to 48hours after connection.
