I do! laugh (Though it's amazing how few people seem to.) Trouble is, you need the item number and if you can't reach eBay....

I usually set up snipes days before then cancel them to avoid wasting bids if it's obvious the item will go beyond what I'm prepared to pay.

Just occasionally they'll go wrong though and you'll miss a bargain frown

I thought ebay were clamping down on sniping sites (I always use goofbay) I've read recently about people having their passwords reset etc..

...bad times frown

I've never had any problems but TBH it's probably several months since I sniped anything anyway. I use auctionstealer and justsnipe.

I use auctionsniper and auctionstealer without any hassle. I think I last used one of the about 2 weeks ago. I don't see why eBay should stamp down on these third party services. Ebay is international. Obviously we can't sit in front of the screen. What grudge could eBay have against sniping sites?
