Post was in a section of the bbs anonymous users don't have access, i.e. a benefit of registering

Basically it looks like a warning about CCA's i.e. Continous Credit Authority, where someone can charge your card for amounts they decide and when they decide, i.e. Direct Debit gives you more control and a guarantee

They are also known as Recurring Payments
