broadband gaming

i have just manage to get out of virgin after 2 months of being them because of my pings. yet the sevice has been great. apart for gaming they know they have a problem. can any1 say what is the best internet provider for gaming olny got a adsl line. and need phone line call has well. thank you

Have a look at Plusnet with the Pro package bundled with phone.

But ask in the forum as it's a 12-month contract and only 15GB allowance.

You could also look at IDNet who are a far better ISP from what I see here.
