BT Exchange Work Schedules

Please could somebody advise if there is a link I may use to get information on work schedules for my local BT exchange in Burnham on Sea? I have been averaging download speeds of less than half a meg for the last few weeks and it is just as bad at work. Several people in the area are moaning about the speeds so I wondered if BT are doing some 'essential' maintenance or repairs.
