TitanADSL

Does anybody know what is going on at TitanADSL? I have been chasing up orders but for the last week their phone plays a recorded message (updated daily) that their Sales Line is unavailable, "due to a small technical problem with our telephone system." They are not picking up emails either. I've even tried Faxing them.

Surely not again!? He really needs to go and get a backup PAYG mobile for incoming calls.

Dont waste your time with these idiots. I tried to sign up with them last week (3 failed attempts via their bug ridden website) and was sent an activation date for 7 days later (this included all my passwords as plain text - basic ignorance of security). Come activation day nothing. Day after had to email them and they came back (after i had to sent a futher 3 emails asking for an update) with the excuse that there was a lag between BT system updates and when the activation details were authorised and that in fact I cant have a service AT ALL because of LLU restrictions. 2 weeks wasted. Also their support sucks. Now left high and dry. Wouldn't touch them with a barge poll..AVOID.
