any dial providers to use when my broadband is not working ?

how much do they charge pays as you go ?

Lots. They used to charge 1p a minute. I don't know nowadays. scroogle uk dial-up providers.

Most are on 0845 numbers.

NB. Check with your BB provider to see if they give you free dialup if there is an outage...
