OPAL Broadband

I purchased OPAL Business Broadband for my new property on the 25th Feb through a what i thought was a very experienced and polite Gentleman from the Business Team. He stated that i would receive approx 10Mbps and that the new line would be installed from free in 7-10 days. Unsure about this i quizzed the Verification Manager as they call it so once confirmed i proceeded with the order. to my utter satisfaction i received a letter from Opal on the 29th to advised me that the new line would be installed on the 3rd of March.
Well what can i say. Open Reach were on time and polite. New line was for free and i am now receiving speeds of 9.7Mbps for a fraction of the cost of other providers. I can understand that people may have had problems with Telecom providers before, but i would definitely recommend Opal and the chap James who approached me and sold to me. A seamless and excellent experience. Thank you OPAL

Considering the UN is Jayman and the Opal rep is called James.

Tbh in the few dealings I've had with Opal major business they are OK.

My GF's boss has an 'Opal Business' connection and it's [censored] awful during business hours, so, who knows
