FUP Limits

Is there a list somewhere of the actual limits for ISP's who offer unlimited downloads but enforce a FUP of xGB?

Sorry to say I haven't come across one yet, check the Ts & Cs of the ISPs you are interested in, it will take a while if you have no particular ones in mind, but it will be worth it won't it?

Unlikely! Most of them don't publicise their limits or have no hard-and-fast ones.

Most of them do have a set limit but won't let you know until they are about to cancel your connection!

You won't find to many because if they actaully publish a limit then they won't be able to advertise their product as unlimited.

That's not actually true. ASA rules say that you can call it unlimited and publish a cap as long as 2% of the product users do not exceed the cap/limit.

I haven't checked, but surely you mean 98%? Alternatively not more than 2% do exceed the FUP?

You're right. 98% of the base must fall within any limit/cap/FUP etc.
