It looks that way, their announcement isnt very clear, if you look on the sites news pages and the news item about this so called "free" upgrade, ive basically realised what you have, its not "free" at all its just in very basic terms them saying we are going to give you the fastest our services can give to your home for a singular price, theres nothing really "free" about it at all

Hmm im not sure about that, i wont attack them based on throttling, they do state they throttle P2P, so if they state a protocol that is throttled and thats the only thing they throttle you cant really complain.

If they throttle other things though, thats another story entirely and they should be torn a new one.
