Hey everybody
Today i was meant to be switched over from TalkTalk to O2 phone and broadband and be on theO2 home access package.
Well at 9.30 this morning i recieved an e-mail from o2 saying that my phone line has been switched. But nothing was said about the broadband in the email even though they was both meant to be switched today!
Anyway i went on the O2 website to check the status of my broadband order and it says this:
Your line is not yet activated to schedule. Please contact the O2 customer services team
There is also a red light next to it which means there is a problem.
I called O2 and explained the situation and they said it would be activated today
The time now is 5.25pm and still nothing and im still using talktalk broadband!!
So my question is have any of you folks here had any similar problems like this? And do you think the switch will still be made today?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
