well bt rang last night and I cancelled and going with sky so I will see the out come if it's better . sky said they use there own part of the exchange and there own equipment and my speed won't be slowed down for any one else . and if I'm not getting what they say I should ,10 to 20 Kbps I think it's kbps !! then I have every right to cancel plus 30 days cooling off period also so by then I should know if it's better . hope so fingers crossed
