Fault was found in the line between the cabinet and exchange
All is good again
The engineer could not pick up the fault doing all his test but could see that the connection would drop as the phone was used
He asked me what the first engineer did and i told him he swapped my line from pole to cab, So he then swapped the line from cab to exchange and fault fixed
He then did something at the exchange and came back to make sure my line had reset
