MTU setting

Hi,

I have a DG834PN downstairs with an MTU of 1458 which is default.

Upstairs I have a WNR2000 cable router which is set up as an access point. The MTU of this is 1500.

Should I set it up on 1458 or change the MTU on the PN to 1500?

Pages seem to be quite slow when access the net through the WNR2000.

I would change the cable router to 1458.

Changed it to 1458 and the pages are now loading a lot faster.

I would set them all to 1500, the ethernet and windows default.

You certainly don't want them to be different for no reason.
