In reply to a post by Corbula:
Do you mean that when TT start providing fttc, sometime after that you will be able to get fttc from vivaciti and the line rental will go to Opal Wholesale?
Just saying it would be possible, in the same way as their Surfwise Complete came along a few months ago. That's why I said "anyone's guess". They may or may not.
Xilo/uno do the same Opal Wholesale, just it isn't on their website so you have to contact them.
do you mean the package that includes line rental?Yes
How much is it to move your line back to BT?
Now that's a good question. Depending on which staff person you ask at which ISP it can vary from £0 to a full BT connection charge of whatever that is these days.

I don't know what to do short term.

According to samknows my exchange was due to get FTTC by the 31st of december, the BT availability checker also said this until a few weeks ago when it changed to 31st of march.

So i will probably stay were i am and then in march be asking myself the same questions when BT says it will be December again.

If you look through the Fibre forum you will see several threads about the dates shifting, mainly backwards.

There was a huge Openreach presence around here late November >> December. Our cabinet is now powered up and connected to the old one, but has disappeared completely from the date system. Wholesale have stopped mentioning it and the Infinity checker says FTTC is not scheduled for rollout.
