Re: BT Race to Infinity cocked it up AGAIN

Hi Guys

BT would like to sincerely apologise for the email which was sent last night mistakenly exposing your email address. This resulted from a mistake made at the agency who sent the e-mails on our behalf, and we and they have taken steps to ensure this will not happen again.

We apologise for any inconvenience or distress this may have caused.

Regards David

I was surprised to receive an email from a thirdparty company.

BT's website says:
"If you want to campaign for your local exchange let us know your details and we'll be in touch."

It doesn't mention another company making contact!

TBB News/Comment is worth a read:

I fail to see how he can lose. A company acting for BT have cocked up, and BT are already apologising for the mistake.

Good luck to him smile
