Is the 6.49 a month cost of Plusnet Value inc or exc VAT?
I've looked on their site but must have overlooked it several times.

Including VAT, consumer products are meant to list the INC VAT

Not easy to find but from here section 4 says:
Residential product prices include VAT.

Bear in mind that the £6.49 is a market 3 price. Markets 2 and 1 will be £12.99 (might be £6.49 for an introductory period).

If not sure of which market:

Go to sam knows, pop in your exchange and see your market classification at the bottom right of the result. Also, there's a classification change pending. See in the Plusnet section this thread. One of the PN reps posts a link listing the exchanges which are due to to change.
