The number of cabinets included does not have to correspond to the number of lines covered. Unfortunately many cabinets in outlying areas may only serve a small number of end user lines so get left out, leaving a minority of cabinets that cover the majority of lines getting included.

The article I quoted from didn't say that !

Not specifically, other than " BT added there are only a handful of exchanges with between 40-50% of cabinets enabled, and that in many of these cases this equates to actual coverage of "up to 70% of homes and businesses in an exchange area".

But then the article dosnt actually say very much, lacking any real detail or examples.
They even stated Zen resells BT Infinity, but they have since ammended that.
Even the tech media get it wrong.
