My ISP isn't really interested. They just say I'm on a long line and am getting what they'd expect. They just say, as always, that they can't see any faults on the line, this is despite:
1. A tree rubbing through the cable (last May).
2. 4 further line faults being *discovered* by a BT "Broadband Boost" engineer.
3. An exchange fault that caused my DSL to reset dozens of times a day.
I'll have to get after them again but its a pretty demoralising exercise.
