BQM

At the minute my BQM is showing 100% packet loss.

I am on the Plusnet FTTC trial using a Netgear WNR1000. How do i set it so that i see a normal graph?

Assuming the IP address is correct, make sure the router is set to respond to ICMP pings from the WAN side. The default is frequently to ignore them.
