Take a couple of spare known working micro filters, they one Sky send have a history of being faulty.

If it's multiroom, whats the betting the new Sky box/s have been plugged in without a filter. The HD boxes seem to have a more detrimental affect on ADSL as opposed to the old type.

My friend did mention that he wasn't sure how old the filter was. Haven't managed to get round there yet. He is panicking because of sky warning of disconnecting him for not having a working phone line connected.
