hey thanks. i have managed to change the channel using the step by step guide onto a non busy one. However my internet connection seems to be slow. the inssider tool shows on the 2.4ghz channel has the highest amplitude of all the neighbouring wireless networks. Could this indicate why my broadband is slow? It shows an amplitude at the peak to be -46 and it stretches from 1-5 on the horizonal line.

What speeds do you get if you use a wired connection?

If there is no difference then you may have ruled out wireless as the problem.
