Otelo renaming :(

I have let this ride for a bit, but:-

Otelo, the Office of the Telecommunications Ombudsman have rebranded to Ombudsman Services: Communications.

Now that is a really user-friendly change of name, don't you think? Nice and snappy and easy to remember and quote.

At Ombudsman Services: Communications we resolve complaints from consumers about companies which provide communications services to the public.

I think they could do with a bit of communication training.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk
My domains,website and mail hosting - Tsohost. Internet connection - IDNet Home Starter Fibre. Live BQM.

With a quick look, the brain took it in as "OSCam". Now all I need to do is to decide what an "O scam" involves.
