BT Interleaving....

OMG someone please help!!!

i have rang BT a number of times and noone seems to understand my request...

Disable Interleaving!

does anyone have a direct number to the right people i can ask, or does anyone have a email address ?

Try the correct term: Enable fast path

hehe sorry according to the guys at BT its Disable Interleaving "there is not option for Fast Path"

Looks like im having to wait 10days+ i have Messaged BT_Care twice got 2x read receipt's and still no reply.

Also is there a direct line to BT support? I dont mean to sound racist but i would like to speak to a english person, i have spent too long spelling out "interleaving"
