I used that once to try and get Interleaving switched, I was called back by someone who had no idea what it was and when I asked her if she worked in the 'Technical department' she said no 'Billing' but would transfer me...
the guy who answered after a long session on hold then said to me they have an online support page I could try and email... said I already did that!
Then asked me to spell interleaving as he didn't know what it was and would have to look it up - I reply "ARE YOU SURE YOU ARE THE BROADBAND TECHNICAL DEPT!?"...
Soooo 6 months on and over ten attempts later I'm still trying to get it switched to fastpath...
