Cool how can you tell which bit of info?
This:

Mode: G.DMT
Rate (Kbps): ----------- 448 kbps
means you are on BT IPStream.

There's a negligible possibility that you are on ADSL2+ LLU but running hobbled on ADSL1 (G.DMT) for some reason, but I doubt it as your upstream should be higher.

IPStream has a maximum downstream connection of 8128kbps. To me the OP's 8160kbps indicates LLU, maybe an old AOL "up to 8Mbps" DSLAM of 8192kbps, or a hobbled ADSL2+ one. Kitz reckons Datastream is also 8128kbps maximum, which was one of my earlier possibilities.
