Yep, all LLU lines (where the dialling tone is provided by the CP,and not BTw is connected through TAMs ties. This means that Pair Quality Tests are available to the engineer using their JDSU/Exfo/Hawk. But then this has been the case for a few years.
I seem to recall CIDT trials a year ago or so, with engineers having to do a co-op call when the EU's kit was in sync. I also seem to recall it being a bit of a chocolate fire guard !
