As far as I know the only ISP that does "low cost" area pricing is Plusnet, and they now include Market 2 as low cost. I can't remember if it is as low as M3, but I'm sure there is a low price.

Just to let you know: the SFI is busy at the moment, found no problems at my end. However he detected masses of CRC errors occurring with incoming calls which were causing a resync. He's gone to check the cabinet now and then maybe onto the exchange to sort out the splitter card...

Doesn't appear to work with old Plusnet Pro accounts - the way to do it is to go for a market 3 price then request the Pro add on for a fiver. No new contract required and one can continue getting the service out of contract.

This basically made little difference to my current discounted, uncapped upload, retention account but I could have gone for a higher day/evening usage limit, i.e. from 20GB to 60GB

Edit: my Pro out of contract retention deal would probably have been based on that together with the extra benefit of uncapped upload speed.
