Well i have tried to use the BT speed test but cant get it to work, and the test socket bring about the same stats, and no increase in speed.
Waiting to see if they reply to the emails tomorrow, but will be surprised if they actually increase the speed.
I think you are right Zarjaz, with what they charge and as BT have upgraded the cabinet with fibre optic, although we don't use the internet too much, that maybe the best thing to do. Just frustrating they don't want to sort it out.
