No idea, the Livebox only shows the downstream figures, the Netgear Stats all show 0 a few seconds after reboot then after a few seconds it shows everything except the upstream Line and Noise but after 10secs or maybe another 10secs it shows fills them in then

I begin to suspect something at the exchange.

2272 is the sync for a "banded profile" with a 2Mbps top limit, if there is such a band. That's the only thing that strikes me at the moment.

Just double-checking - you definitely once had a 27xx at that socket? It wasn't 227x? If it was 27xx, which router was it?

Is anything electrical/electronic sitting very close to or on another? Like video recorders or anything? Is it a cordless phone, and if so where is the base station?

Definitely 27xx in the same socket but with the Livebox Router, 2648 with the Netgear Router
(Sat 19 Nov 2011 10:51:36, Noise Margin= 9.0, Sync Speed= 2648)

The Base for the cordless phone is quite close to the router, about a meter apart

In daylight sometime, try unplugging the base station from the power socket, and try a reconnection of the broadband while it is off.

I may not get a chance now until next weekend unless I try it shortly after sunrise, around half 8.
Either way i'll give it a go in the morning, see if it makes any difference, if not i'll try it a bit later into the daytime on Saturday

I'd say there is definitely an exchange or setup problem.

Incidentally your final set of stats are the same as the 5:30 ones. I think you probably forgot to "copy" them and pasted the same again .
