So it appears that the supplier hadn't activated Annex M, but Vivaciti are on the case.

Line stats.
Downstream - 16982Kbps, Attenuation 26dB, SNR 6.3dB
Upstream - 1308Kbps, Attenuation 12dB, SNR 7.2dB

Your attenuation figures are slightly better than mine.

If you want to make the most of your Annex M, see this.

With the ZyXEL P-660R-D1, my upstream sync went from ~2000kb/s to ~2500kb/s - A FULL 25% increase!
It does what it says on the tin.

That looks OK smile.

You see the effect I was describing though? You've lost 1180kbps down and gained 660kbs up. Better than I expected.

As I said to the OP, it's quite common for some reason on Be. Sometimes a simple re-sync by the user brings it in, during the second day.

I had a look at that link and the differences between routers /chipsets are bigger than I had previously assumed.

Thanks.

Yes I saw the correlation between the loss of downstream vs. the added upstream, and as you said it doesn't look too bad. The added upstream has already helped with working from home.
