Why isn't ADSL24 (ISP) listed in the thinkbroadband forum ISP list???

Are they a resller?

WBC/IPSC from Daisy, (the last I heard).

LLU from Be Wholesale, (being rebranded as O2 Wholesale); C & W; TalkTalk Business Wholesale.

I think the LLUs simply use the wholesalers' exchange equipment, and the backhaul is separate.
