Seeing as JL own Waitrose, and Plusnet long ago absorbed Waitrose internet provision this isn't much of a surprise.

So, is it that Plusnet are unloading Waitrose, or are Plusnet and Waitrose becoming the same thing, though PO, PN, Waitrose or JL, you are all at the mercy of BTW.

this isn't much of a surprise. It may not be any surprise about JLP/PN but, as you correctly noticed, the surprise was posting about JLP within a PO thread. I was just trying to put that right.
BTW: What about Greenbee? Had PN already absorbed that? Cuz JLP is offering to transfer existing customers of both Greenbee & Waitrose. It probably more a matter of product cost/contract than physical platform.

I think, possibly wrongly, that Greenbee was an ISP, which ran the Waitrose vISP. PN then bought Greenbee. Or maybe there was an intermediate step - MadAsaCucumber. (Something fishy there). I've a feeling that could have been it.
It's that sort of link, anyway.

As a customer of the Post Office I have tried in vain to get a copy of the new policy.
Despite emailing all my details and threatening to leave, I still do not have a copy.

Some idiot set up a contentless link-loop, and nobody senior enough is being made aware of it to correct it.
As XRaySpeX says, you can't even see the existing ones as a result.

Just spoke to PO, letters are been sent out , and there will be a FUP on bb extra of 100gb.
think i will be leaving , it a shame really as there service has been very good good me

Still amazes me how they can change any part of the service whilst you're in contract with them, but as soon as you break any terms, you're chucked off.
