If you followed my instructions above, telnet should now be available to you. You may ned to run it from an elevated command prompt but first of all, open a command prompt and enter the following:
ipconfig /all >c:\output.txt
Copy and paste the contents of c:\output.txt here.

This means you don't have the rights to write the file to c:\

Try this command:
ipconfig /all > output.txt

Now if you click start, then your name (top right), in that window you should find the output.txt file, open it (should open Notepad) and copy & paste the contents into a reply.

Open a browser and enter the following in the address bar:
http://10.0.0.1/setup.cgi?todo=debug

Now close all browser windows and from a command prompt, enter:
telnet 10.0.0.1

Carefully note any error messages that are thrown and report them here.
