Best result?

Am a long way from exchange and using BT Home Hub 3. These are my stats, are they the best I can expect? Was getting a little more with Home Hub 2 but that was blasted by lightening. Hub re-syncs quite frequently, every other day or so, is that normal?

About the right sync for the attenuation, and a resync every day is to be expected, hence why ADSL modems automatically reconnect

It really does depend on the quality of your line and to a certain extent what router you are using. Those line stats are similar to mine (62.0db attenuation), but using a Broadcom based router on a Be connection and custom firmware to tweak the noise margin to 50% of default I'm getting a fairly stable 4.5Mb. That's just on my line, the Netgear DG834GT does a good job of hanging on to a connection even at 2.5db margin but whether any router will do that on your line is impossible to predict.
