It is supposed to happen automatically, within five days. The bigger the jump that is coming, the sooner it should be. Like I said to you in my reply to Zarjaz, I thougt it might have happened by now. As it is, could be any time, but overnight is most common.
In some cases, (these days very rare), an IP Profile of 2000 can be "stuck"

. You have to wait the full five days though. If it stays at 2000 then, you will have to get the ISP to have it reset. Probably by them triggering a new 10-day training.
'Tis a pig, but getting anything done before the 5 days are up is nigh on impossible and just gives you even more stress trying.
There is maybe one thing. Can you give us the link to what
samkows says about your exchange, and can you find the noise margins and attenuations in your router stats. (That's why XRaySpeX asked you for full stats. Those figures matter).
