Line Attenuation increase

Hi

Today my ISP switched me to their LLU product, and ive noticed since the switchover my Line Attenuation has increased from 34db to 38db. Is this common?

Ive noticed aswell that the noise margin reports are alot more accurate too. When i was on BT equiptment at the exchange it only reported it in .5db intervals. Now it reports it in .05db intervals and updates more often. This due to being on LLU?

It's common for attenuation to increase if you move from ADSL to ADSL2+. Have your sync speeds increased?

Yea sorry forgot to mentiion that. I was on ADSL2 before moving to LLU although it was capped at ADSL1 speeds. Since moving to LLU im on full ADSL2 without a cap so yea speeds increased

Yea mean ADSL2+

Noticed it takes abit longer aswell for the router to sync after a reboot too. Nothing big and i do like the speed increase

How you guess that?

Im with ADSL24 but it appears they use Talk Talk LLU. Im getting around 10mbps on speed tests, happy with that

What snrm have they got you on - 9dB?

No its 6.05 db at present.
