This morning our office connection had a problem which turned out to be a routing issue within Timico's network. When we pinged our IP address from another connection we got TTL expiration messages, Yet TBBQM showed no issues. Looking tonight TBBQM shows a 'blackout':

Is this to be expected - I'm sure this morning it showed nothing wrong? FYI the problem was that packets were stuck in the router loop somewhere inside Timico's network.
