Openreach aren't really organised to deal with customers. That complaints team is usually highly effective. He's the Group CEO so his people there can kick butt anywhere in it.

Doesn't just clicking on it open a "New Message" window with the "To:" filled in?

It does here.

After a couple of calls from people at that I emailed it now looks as if my broadband is now 21CN!

I was informed my particular connection was deliberatly capped.

I'm now running on 8mb with upload still at 350 kb/s.

It seemed to upgrade today (26.12.12), I hope the upload speed increases because I'm disappointed.

A mate of mine said his speeds increased in increments as they continue to test the line.

I'll let you know if it gets better, I hope so.

Let's hope things do improve smile.

It's very difficult for us to comment without the full router stats, like you posted here.

Those enable us to spot any anomalies and advise you accordingly. "I'm now running on 8mb with upload still at 350 kb/s" is pretty meaningless as there are so many factors involved, most of which the stats show us.
