sure, but you need to go back to them and say there's nothing you are aware of in your home, nothing on your BT bill, you already have broadband, and it's their problem as acquiring SP to resolve it.

Sounds like a glitch with the plusnet ordering system, or the system they use to place orders, but someone who has a clue should be able to push the order through, It's down to plusnet (gaining ISP) to sort this if they want your custom, So a waste of time ringing BT bangalore Telephone & broadband service providings, did they offer you some free ring dings?
