There is a problem and I would like to know how to solve it. I have my own domain name which routes into my gmail account. My broadband provider is plusnet. From time to time people tell me that e-mails they have sent have bounced back. They are always sent from BT accounts and I end up providing my gmail address to them which presents no problem .What is peculiar to routing through BT?

Ask them to forward you the complete 'bounce/failure' error message - in theory this will tell you what the issue is.
