Anything that makes noise that an AM radio will pick up can affect ADSL. Too early I'd hope to mention Christmas lights.
Yep. I was just giving a few examples wink This cable work by EDF a few years ago caused me massive problems! This work was around 1/3 mile away from my home but close to my cable run.

Any chance the router itself could be generating problem? I use ISP supplied Technicolor TG582N supplied 8/2012.

We experienced quite a bit of thunder/lightning on Sunday & lost SKY reception quite a few times due to the weather 'conditions'.

Possibly related?
