Hmmm. That's quite good pricing. A move could be slightly more expensive, with no guarantee of improvement for a while, as the "green light" system on exchanges like yours is a bit suspect at the moment. I'm enquiring elsewhere.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,website and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 59.4/14.4Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

Exchange may not be the issue but tradition of Sky buying too low capacity for the Connect users is well known.

A change to BT Total, Plusnet and other suggestions welcome.

Avoid TalkTalk as same issue where they dont have llu

In reply to a post by mcurry73:
the exchange is in piddletrenthide near Dorchester in dorset. under the current traffic light systems they use its classed as green

I know a number of the Dorchester exchanges are oddly routed (sub exchanges that should get 21CN, but don't as there not really Dorchester), however, Piddletrenthide is not one that is known to have capacity issues or facing the above problem (shows fine on our latest information).

I would agree with Andrew here, sounds like Sky lacking capacity on their non-LLU products.
