Yeap - too early and pre coffee time of day.

Have fixed post for those that stumble across it in the future.

3% packet loss is not good, but most apps should cope with that reasonably well, unless the loss is in big bursts.

If sure its not something electrical in your house or neighbours then a case of keep plugging away at ISP or getting a router that lets you tweak down the speeds manually and see if you can stabilise it that way.

Well its getting to point where videos are loading about 3 seconds worth of data and stopping and webpages not loading so a call to EE will be happening. They just are so annoying and obviously reading off a script.

Internet is getting so slow now in the evening, like it's being throttled. BTW Speed Test brings back speeds of 0.4mb to 1.4mb even though IP profile is currently 9.94mb.

How quickly are the errors clocking up?

It may be that EE has some congestion going on, on top of your errors over the ADSL link

This is not congestion but errors/noise on your line.

I've already had Openreach come out twice for loss of signal. Once they fixed a HR fault but the second time the connection was fine at the time of visit so nothing could be done. Don't want them to be called out again to then be bombarded with a charge.

With that many in that short time frame, then does look like congestion.

Will be worse as its dark earlier, so AM radio noise pickup due to wiring bad joints is worse once the sun sets.
