Odd that the council should declare the area adjacent to the exchange to be part of the BDUK project whilst the rest of the town is in the commercial rollout.

The more involved I get, the more obvious it is that the CC simply don't know what they are doing (or saying).

Possibly EO lines, and thus cost more to enable for FTTC, and using the formula Openreach has makes them uneconomic.

Has happened in lots of places and with a gap funding model will be a common thing to happen
