That is where you think it is, but that location is a terrace of houses. So unless it is in a garden shed or the attic ...

I've seen some garden shed type ones in Scotland.

The Exchange is next to the public Hall and I live north along the B9008 through Bridgend of Glenlivet towards Ballindalloch

Opposite all the recycling bins! The Public Hall is quite a nice looking well kept building.

There are BT garden sheds and the type I was referring to (slightly T in C)!

With the extra snippet from the OP, I now know exactly where it is - about 1km from your dot, but postcodes around there cover a large area.
