If the upload has doubled you have been migrated to WBC from ADSL.

Can other users see my posts or am I on a global ignore list?

I said the same here

A number of times I post and later on someone posts exactly the same, I'm sure I must be the only person who is able to see my posts frown

It's a common occurrence when a poster uses threaded mode display- they reply to an OP (or other post) without bothering to see if the point has already been addressed earlier in the thread (ie further down the page).

Rest assured- others can see your posts tongue

You mean WBC (via 21CN) from IPSC (via 20CN), surely?

Have you checked your router stats? What speeds do you currently get? In some cases ADSL2/2+ makes no benefit and can indeed result in slower speeds.
