We had just the same upon return. Power cycling the Vigor 120 and Airport Extreme sorted it.

He should get a result, but we also need him to continue from the initial results page to the Further Diagnostics, button at the bottom, and to copy and paste the contents of the down and up text boxes, which have the IP Profiles.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 56.6/14.1Mbps @ 600m. - BQM
