What you need is one at 9:50am and another at 10:10am GMT

It is very clear cut with Eclipse users i.e. flip of a network management switch

I did one at around 14:45 but aborted it as it was so bad.

Then at 15:07 I tried again - near perfect http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest/button/14146...

I need to do a few more this afternoon/evening each side of the hour and see what happens.

Since the day time slow down I found in the last few days of October, I've done many more tbb speed tests at various times of the day. Apart from one poor 2200 figure, they've all been around the 7-8 Mbps, which is the norm for me.

Certainly not seen the sudden slow down during the weekday working day seen earlier.

Strange.

If on WBMC it's possible they lost a node, so everything had to go through one, or at least - one fewer. OK at most times, congested at peak.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 56.4/14.5Mbps @ 600m. - IPv4BQM IPv6BQM
