Yes, and RJ45-RJ11 should work (that's assuming it's got the middle pair of pins on both connected to the same pair - which is should).

I'm not quite sure if the HH5 RJ11 patch cable provided by BT is TP. I tend to think for the last couple of hundred centimetres it makes little difference unless you are in an exceptionally noisy environment.
